On 28th June 2022 (4:00 – 5:30pm (BST)), BASAS held the following event:

A conversation with Dr Usha Iyer, author of Dancing Women: Choreographing Corporeal Histories of Hindi Cinema. Oxford University Press 2020, winner of the inaugural BASAS Book Prize. This event was chaired by Dr Sunil Mitra Kumar (King’s College London), and the discussants were Dr Priyanka Basu (King’s College London) and Pratichi Priyambada (UC Irvine).
